The service is responsible for the following operations

  • Welcoming new baccalaureate students and orienting them.
  • Ensuring the regularity of their enrolment.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and updating of the student file.
  • Ensuring compliance with the regulations in force concerning the registration, re-enrolment and progression of students.

The service is responsible for the following operations

  • Monitoring distance learning activities provided by the university and promoting continuing education activities.

  • Ensuring compliance with the regulations in force concerning student progression in the LMD system and graduation.

Diplomas and Equivalences Service

The department is responsible for the following operations:

  • Ensuring the regularity of students’ curricula.
  • Coordinating the preparation and issue of provisional certificates of achievement.
  • Drawing up and issuing final diplomas.
  • To ensure the regularity of equivalence operations

  • Monitoring distance learning activities and promoting continuing education activities at the university
  • Ensuring compliance with the regulations and procedures in force concerning the awarding of diplomas and equivalences
  • Ensuring the maintenance and updating of the student file
  • To follow the questions related to the course of the post-graduation, specialized post-graduation and university habilitation and to see to the application of the regulation in force in this matter
  • To ensure the follow-up of the functioning of the scientific council of the university and to keep the archives
